The Danube Bend is home to four towns and Visegrad is one of them. Medieval kings ruled the country from castles and palaces overlooking the Danube bend, including Visegrad. Unfortunately there is very little left of the castle now and what is there is very difficult to photograph. However the views from Castle battlements such as they are now are really stunning.
