Left Asprovolta yesterday to continue along the Aegean towards Turkey, stopping off in a resort town called Karvala before finishing up about 60k from the Turkish border in a tiny little hamlet called Ismaros. A handful of houses, a very small hotel, a taverna and a beautiful stretch of coastline! Negotiated a good price with the hotel to stay a couple of nights and the blog is now up to date!! Only 300 miles to go to Istanbul now and we will make serious inroads into that tomorrow!!
