They say Split is best photographed making a ferry journey either from or to the city. I can very much appreciate that as the coastal mountains would serve as a very attractive backdrop. Unfortunately, as I said yesterday, much as I would like to I will not be making one! It's a very vibrant city with a good balance of old and new. The old, where I spent the majoriry of my time today, is very Roman and in this respect as good as I have ever seen. Probably why The Diocletian Palace is a World Heritage Site!! It's just a good place to wander and chill!!
